Self Compassion Break

Exercise to do when your mind is throwing you into an anxiety, panic or what I call – I cant explain this feeling attack….
Quite the inner critic, I call this a Self Compassion Break.

Ask your self this question.
“If someone you loved was speaking to themselves the way you are speaking to yourself – what would you say to them?”
Or…
“If someone you loved had done what you have done – would you speak to them in the same way you are speaking to yourself.

…the only thing stopping you from feeling how you want to feel…
…isn’t because you’re not somewhere…
…it’s because you think you’re not where your supposed to be.
You have to change your thinking. When you transcend the thoughts that stop you from feeling the way you want to feel…you’ll come to know that part of what kept you stuck was your focus (self criticism when YOU, start shaming and even berate yourself …all in YOUR own head..)
…and this is when you start feeling horrible things like low self worth…. Ect.

The first thing you need to do is take some deep breath’s at least 5.

How to breathe correctly: take a deep breath in and hold for 4 seconds. Then slowly release. Do that several (5x) times until you feel your heart rate slow down. Repeating a mantra in your head, for example like: “I’m safe, or “I’m calm.
Than I want you to find a beautiful feeling inside yourself…

Fake it tell you make it:
Chant over and over a word from the- I am enough list…
Turn it into a mantra and repeat over and over in your head…when you feel the shift breathe again.
