Anti-Inflammatory Tea
Great herbal infusion to assist with the pain associated with inflammation, arthritis & rheumatism.
INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon cat’s claw
1 teaspoon devil’s claw
1 teaspoon licorice root
1 teaspoon paw paw leaf
1 teaspoon gotu kola
1 teaspoon ginkgo biloba
1 teaspoon horsetail
1 teaspoon meadowsweet
1 teaspoon white willow
1 teaspoon ginger root (fresh is better)
1 teaspoon turmeric root (fresh is better)
Brew together and Infuse for 10 minutes and serve. Can be drank hot or cold.
