August 2023 – Inner Awakening
We begin August 2023 with a BANG of intensity and the culmination of events and situations…Time to get in touch with our heart – with what really matters to us.

August 1st, 2023 – Full Moon In Aquarius
Expect a highly eccentric and somewhat erratic vibe to your emotions, there will be an almost robotic energy around our feelings. Important questions will arise about our place in the world.
Can we just show up as who we are? Or compromise our creative freedom to fit in or make other people happy? There’s no either-or. Our life is a perpetual dance between “me” vs. “we”.

August 12th, 2023 – Venus Conjunct Sun In Leo
A powerful time of reconnecting to our inner drive and passions. A rebirth of the heart. The past is put to rest and a new “You” emerges.

August 23rd, 2023 – Mercury Goes Retrograde
Mercury retrograde in Virgo is here to bring in all kinds of communication, travel and metal mayhem and confusion. We will 
be hyper focused on trying to figure out how to fix and remedy any and all errors. The issue arises when we become too critical of ourselves and others. Lots of overthinking, worry and needless searching for answers is sure to ensue. The best way to handle Mercury retrograde in Virgo is to go back and reflect, revise and refocus your efforts on intellectual projects from the past. If you get frustrated or stressed, go clean something or organize your pantry or closet. The key will be to focus on the internal process of reorganization and order instead of focusing on fixing the external circumstances.
When Mercury turns direct on September 15th, we can then begin to see our projects, plans and initiatives bear fruit from the external level.
Remember my Darkling’s, life is not only about ticking boxes and doing what’s expected. If what we do is not aligned with who we are, we will never feel fulfilled, no matter how successful we are by worldly standards.
So take this opportunity to spend some quiet time with yourself and ask yourself some important questions.

It’s futile to predict what will happen when we have a Uranus transit. Why? Because we can only ‘predict’ – at best – individual actions that have a limited scope. The world is a complex matrix; the world is in continuous motion. No one can predict the future – not even the universe itself.
Best course of action when Uranus stations retrograde? Pay attention. Be aware. See what messages come to you. These messages come straight from the intelligent brain of the universe.
August 31st, 2023 – Full Moon In Pisces
Will raise important questions about our legacy in this world. Superficial answers, instant gratification, or material success are no longer relevant. We long for something deeper, something meaningful.
This is a month where the universe will be asking that we go back and reexamine and reprioritize what or who is truly
important to us. This is NOT the best time to begin big projects or plans if you can help it( wait until the end of next month). A lot of self reflection and rebuilding around our self worth and confidence is what this month’s gift. If you must take on brand new initiatives and plans, prepare to have to possibly go back and revise them. August 2023 wants you to surrender to the pause of life with patience and willingness. This month is here to bring in blasts from the past connected to who and what we value, a regeneration of our creativity and the realization of our true potential and purpose.
