Legs-up-the-wall-pose, also known as Viparita Karani, this restorative pose has a wide range of benefits – and only requires minimal effort! It can help with circulation, and serves as a counter-pose to standing and sitting. It is especially good for people who spend a long time seated at work.
Instructions:
Lie on your back and scoot your sit-bones as close to the wall as you feel comfortable with. Extend your legs up against the wall, pointed up. Try to hold it for 10 minutes or more.
