Shake gently before each use & spritz self, upon pillows to encourage sleep, into and around your atmosphere to recharge your energy. Simply spray on your bed at bedtime for an exhilarating scent of sleep enhancing oils. Can be sprayed directly on pillows, linens, your body, or as a room spray. Also a great spray to use prior to meditation or soaking in a hot bath to relax the body and mind. Can be used as a body spray or on clothing as well.

Comes with a small raw amethyst crystal inside to enhance the energy of the spray. Amethyst helps with insomnia and it promotes a restful sleep. The crystal also works as a blender when shaken to help blend all the oils all together for a stronger scent.
