Description

Sound healing uses singing bowls or other sound healing tools to create vibration which helps to relax the mind and balance the energetic body. This therapy exists in a number of cultures dating back thousands of years as far back as ancient Greece.  Singing bowl therapy is one of — if not the — most popular sound healing methods because of its effective and various aspects of healing. From lowered blood pressure to relief from anxiety to the opening of the pineal gland, singing bowls can do it all.

​There are many shared experiences from one receiving this treatment.  When sound waves reach our ears, they are converted into electrical signals that travel up the auditory nerve into the auditory cortex the part of the brain that processes sound. Once sound waves reach our brains, they trigger responses in our bodies.  This process alters our emotions, releases hormones, and triggers certain impulses.

I have created a sound bath experience that is unique, using a combination of reiki and healing instruments to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system to create tranquility, peace and a great sense of self love and acceptance. Each of hmy sound baths will have a specific theme to help reach different aspects of yourself and bring awareness into your existence.
