Kinesiology taping is used to facilitate motion and inhibit pain and spasm. I am certified in the application of  kinesiology taping, KT taping, Kinesio tape, Athletic tape or whatever you have heard it called, It is also know as the latest Olympic accessory.

Tape is a flexible material that moves when you move, and waterproof.  Tape helps to improve lymph transport and increase circulation. These adhesive strips can provide support, relieve pain, and turn your muscles on and off.
