Feet — Reflexology
Targeted pressure points on the feet are used to support relaxation, circulation, and whole-body awareness while focusing on areas associated with different organ systems.

Head — Access Bars
Gentle touch to the 32 points on the head creates an opportunity to relax, quiet the mind, and release thoughts, feelings, and limiting patterns that may no longer serve you.

Together, these two modalities create a calming feet-to-head experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and restored.
