 It can provide understanding or guidance. which can be really healing, but ultimately it elevates your vibration to a point and to a place where you can reconnect with your soul-level truth.

How do I prepare?

• Make a list of any of the following items below. These lists can be shared just prior to the session or during. Depending on the complexity/depth, we can cover 2-4 questions during a session.
  • Any questions concerning the areas of your life that you are interested in receiving information about.
  • Any physical, mental, emotional concerns/issues which you would like to address during the session.
• Do NOT drink any alcohol 12 hours prior to the session, as it will reduce effectiveness of the session.
• Prescription medication is allowed.
• If you want to record the information during the session, be prepared with a recording device.
• A list of what kind of questions can I ask will be emailed to you prior to your session.
