Healing our deepest self is a sacred task. We must become intimate with our shadows, our traumas, & the self-limiting beliefs we hold about ourselves in order grow into our truest divine self. The path to wholeness is a winding journey into the self and back out again. Hypnotherapy assists you in awaking your inner healer, in understanding the karmic constructs that keep you weighted in the past and helps you to shed the habits and thoughts that prevent you from creating the divine masterpiece you are.
What to expect during your consulatation:
I will screen prospective clients on the phone before we make an appointment. I ask you questions about your intent, what you want to explore in a session, and about your background. I ask questions about your personal history to get a feeling for the issues you might want to address in the session, to make sure this type of therapy is appropriate for you. Since this is a therapy session, I will ask you what specific patterns or issues in your present life you would like to address.
Hypnotherapy is not for everyone. That’s why I spend time on the phone with you before we make an appointment.
It would be my honor to be able to work with you on your healing and personal growth journey. You are your own best self-healer. I will be there to hold your hand and guide the journey back to your true and authentic self; your best self. Are you ready to dig in? You’re worth it!
I am Certified Hypnotherapist & NLP Practitioner, Certified in Bodywork for Traumatic Injuries & Healing the Body, Certified in Access Bars, Certified Emotion/Body Code and Certified Pranic Energy Healer.

Hypnosis Healing sessions can be held in-person, in my studio, Facetime, Messenger or over Zoom.
During our first meeting, the fee structure, payment arrangements, contractual time structure and goals will be discussed.
This will be an opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about the process.
