Come and join me in learning about Word Deconstruction with Somatic Movement.

Your name holds much energy.  It can define you, limit you, or empower you. 

In this exercise you will embody your first name, allowing the energy  of each word/letter be expressed by your voice.

You will reach a varition of your name that seems to fit your essence, your experiences, and your core belief. 

Since this is involves movement, please wear comfortable clothing.
