Step into a powerful 5-week journey designed to awaken your intuition, deepen your energetic awareness, and strengthen your spiritual connection in a grounded, supportive space. This workshop is perfect for beginners and those looking to reconnect with their inner guidance.

Each session is approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours, allowing space for teaching, practice, and integration based on the group’s needs.

Week 1 – Setting Intentions
We begin by getting clear on what you are calling into your life. Through guided exercises and reflection, you will set powerful, aligned intentions that will anchor your experience throughout the week.

Week 2 & Week 3 – Energy Sensitivity & Awareness
These two weeks are dedicated to helping you feel, trust, and understand energy. You will learn how to tune into subtle energies, strengthen your intuitive senses, and begin recognizing how energy flows within and around you. Expect hands-on practice and partner exercises to build confidence in your abilities.

Week 4 – Grounding & Clearing
Learn essential tools to stay energetically balanced and protected. We will focus on grounding techniques, clearing stagnant energy, and creating healthy energetic boundaries. Each participant will receive a smudging kit to take home, so you can continue your practice beyond the workshop.

Week 5 – Creating Sacred Space & Intuitive Play
On our final day, you will learn how to create your own sacred space for daily practice, rituals, or personal reflection. We will also explore fun and engaging intuition-building games to help you trust your inner knowing in a lighthearted, supportive environment.

This workshop is a blend of learning, experience, and connection—designed to leave you feeling empowered, centered, and more in tune with your natural intuitive gifts.

Flexible Participation Options:

The full 5-week journey is designed to create a deeper experience of learning, practice, and integration. However, if you are unable to commit to all five sessions, individual days are available based on space. Choose the day that speaks to you and explore topics such as setting intentions, energy sensitivity, grounding and clearing, or creating sacred space. Each session offers practical tools and intuitive exercises you can continue using in your everyday life.
