🌿 Retreat Cancellation Policy 🌿
We understand that life is unpredictable and plans sometimes change. In the spirit of fairness and consideration for everyone involved, the following cancellation policy is in place for our upcoming overnight retreats:
🔸 Deposits are Non-Refundable:
All deposits made to reserve your spot are non-refundable. This helps us cover upfront costs and honor our commitments to the venue and facilitators.
🔸 Cancellation Before 14 Days of the Retreat:
If you cancel more than 14 days before the retreat start date, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded or transferred to a future offering (your choice).
🔸 Cancellation Within 14 Days of the Retreat:
Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat are non-refundable. We will do our best to fill your spot from a waitlist, and if successful, you may be offered a partial credit toward a future event.
🔸 No-Shows:
No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit all payments made.
🔸 Emergencies:
We hold space for the unexpected. If a true emergency arises, please reach out. We will consider each situation with compassion and do what we can within reason.
